Advantages
Today, the land plot has been already with all required engineering infrastructure. Uninterruptible power supply at a territory of the land plot is guaranteed by stand-alone transforming substation with a potential to increase the capacity up to 2 MVA. Continuous water supply and water disposal is ensured by two sources from pipelines of State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal (water service company) with organized water meters. Household and storm water drainage are developed and installed. Strict preventive fire-fighting rules and regulations are met, cross-feed fire water ducts are arranged outside (Six fire hydrants). Gas line is also laid along the plot border.
Project of multi-temperature warehousing complex provides for erection of 4 adjacent modules including refrigerated rooms and logistic zones as well as administrative building for office premises. Thermal mode of refrigerated rooms will enable the storage of: groceries, food products (incl. deep-frozen products), dairy foods and perishables. It is possible to arrange a consignment storage to satisfy needs of clients.
