RAUM GROUP EXPERTS AT THE BUSINESS & DESIGN DIALOGUE 2019 FORUM

On October 10, the ARTPLAY SPb Design Center has hosted the Business & Design Dialogue 2019 Forum, Saint Petersburg. The event was attended by nearly 800 guests and participants: representatives of architectural and design bureaus, consulting, construction, engineering and management companies, developers, general contractors and owners of office buildings. RAUM GC experts were announced as speakers at the business module of the forum.

ПFirst session of the event was dedicated to battle-discussion: “Flexible offices or conventional lease? Revolutionists vs Pragmatists”. Maksim Roschin, Head of Economic Department of the RAUM GC, spoke in support of innovative approach to the arrangement of office spaces. Participants of the event have discussed impact of the flexible space trend on a conventional market of office lease, modern business change tendencies and profile of a modern lessee, they represented their vision of prospects for development of co-workings in Russia and in Saint Petersburg, in particular.

Another useful discussion “The Lessor vs the Lessee” was held with participation of the Aleksander Maslakov, RAUM GC Sales Director. Experts of both teams have discussed topical issues for the two parties and emphasized the most important aspects of partnership. In the course of discussion, necessary features of top-level business center were determined as well as Lessee’s main points of interest during the first demonstration. Besides, contractual relationship, lease rates, indexation and allocation of resources for maintenance were under discussion. Lessors team has won the majority of viewers’ votes.
